Our Story
Founded by Kevin Goodwin, an expert with over 15 years of experience in Fortune 500 companies and major government agencies, Goodwin Academy leverages high-level consulting expertise to empower small businesses. Kevin's passion for problem-solving began in his childhood and evolved through extensive studies in psychology, business analysis, project management, and data analysis, ultimately finding his niche in process improvement.
Why We Exist
Kevin witnessed the devastating impact of economic shifts on employees, particularly during COVID-19. Recognizing that process improvement alone couldnā€™t prevent layoffs, he sought a solution that would empower individuals rather than just sustain large corporations.
